Overall our experience at 70 Park Ave. was a positive one. The staff was helpful and we received a call from the concierge on our first day, asking if there was anything we needed help with. Our only real complaint was the very small bathroom that needed a working vent fan of some sort. For a business traveler, this is good. Room is nicely appointed, bathroom is small but very nice. I found the staff was quite friendly. The things is felt were slightly below par.
